Our Story
Franco's began as a love letter to the trattorias of northern Italy — the kind of place where time slows, the wine flows freely, and the pasta is made by hand every morning.
Founded in the heart of Perth CBD, Francoforte Spaghetti Bar draws its soul from the ancient city of Frankfurt's Italian quarter and the sun-drenched piazzas of Venice. Our founder Franco brought with him a single obsession: that great food is an act of generosity.
Every dish on our menu is a conversation between old-world tradition and the finest produce the West Australian coast and hinterland can offer. We cure our own meats, press our own pasta, and source our seafood daily from the Fremantle markets.
